We believe in being fully transparent about the fees we charge for the work we do. You can find a list of our fee’s below –

Landlord Fees

Letting only – 8.4% (inc VAT)

Rent collection – 10.8% (inc VAT)

Property management – 14.4% (inc VAT)

Tenants Fees

Referencing fee – £120 inc VAT per person

Administration fee – £60 inc VAT or the equivalent of one week’s rent including VAT for (All negotiations,drawing up the tenancy agreement and finalising all documents).

Inventory fee – £172.80 inc VAT

Amounts will be made available prior to transacting holding deposit.

Holding Deposit

One week’s holding deposit is required to reserve a property. Upon receipt of satisfactory references (for each applicant), the holding deposit will be deducted from the first month’s rent. In the event that the landlord withdraws his offer to let the property with the exception of unsatisfactory references, the holding deposit will be fully refunded. Should applicant(s) withdraw the offer (whatever the reason) and/or references, including any guarantors prove unsatisfactory, the holding deposit is non-refundable and will be retained against administrative, marketing and landlord costs incurred. We are a member of CMP (Money protection Scheme) and UK ALA.
